Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
Neuro Linguistic Programming studies the ways our thoughts affect our behaviour. It looks at the ways our brain filters and interprets the signals it receives and how these interpretations affect what we do. It does this through the language – the linguistic part of neuro-linguistic programming techniques. By examining how our brains process information, NLP techniques help us to look at our thoughts, feelings, and emotions as things that we can control, rather than things that passively happen to us. We can change the way we think, feel and behave by changing on what we focus on – when you concentrate on something you direct a current of energy flow toward it.
Time Line Therapy
Time Line Therapy (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic process that has evolved from hypnosis and NLP, developed by Tad James, PhD. It was developed by applying a number of therapeutic processes to the concept that our unconscious mind stores our memories in a linear fashion. TLT provides one of the most powerful processes and techniques for personal change and growth by facilitating the elimination of the painful emotions attached to memories or events in the past. It also focuses on what we can learnt from those events and use what we learn as a resource for the future. These techniques and practical processes produce long-lasting transformation, with a minimum discomfort to the client. Some examples of painful emotions include anger, rage, sadness, hurt, regret, fear, guilt, and remorse. TLT also enables you to clear limiting beliefs that can leave you stuck in the past and stop you from creating what you want in your life. Both unwanted negative emotions and limiting beliefs may influence every area of our lives.
